over the compliance of buildings and structures with design solutions, state standards in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;
over the quality of materials, products and structures used;
over the construction and commissioning of facilities in accordance with the established procedure and within the time limits determined by an agreement (contract);
over the maintenance of executive documentation, the reliability of geodetic schemes, the accuracy of the location of structural elements, the availability of certificates, laboratory studies and other necessary surveys.
